This privacy policy explains how Optifo ApS uses and processes the personal information our customers provide to us and what information Optifo ApS collects when you use our website.

Personal data is stored for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the consumer relationship and then they will be deleted.

Optifo ApS shares the users’ information with trusted business partners, which helps Optifo ApS to maintain, update or operate our business, website or services for the users.
The relevant partners will only have access to the user’s personal information to the extent necessary and there will always be a contractual obligation to treat your information confidentially.
The user’s information can be shared with third parties or business partners in order to provide marketing, advertising or other similar services. These services include, but are not limited to: remove.bg, stripe.com, aws.amazon.com, sendgrid.com
In case of that Optifo ApS will appear in an insurance case, Optifo ApS will share the necessary information for the insurance company to process any insurance case.
We reserve the right to use or disclose any information necessary to comply with laws, regulation or legal requests or to cooperate with a judicial inquiry.
9. Legal basis
Optifo ApS processes your information either on the basic of your consent or if the processing is necessary for a contract that you are a part of.
